Andrea Lorette, CHIM, is Information Governance (IG) Lead for the Northern Health Authority in British Columbia, Canada. Andrea has been leading the implementation of an organisation-wide Information Governance program since 2018. Most recently, she completed an Information and Data Quality Framework which combines quality improvement and evaluation theory, the Canadian Health Information Management Association health information lifecycle, and the Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI) Information Quality Framework to guide anyone interested in developing information and data quality management programs through the complete process.

Elizabeth W. Adkins, CRM, CA Emeritus, IGP, is Director, Information Governance at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP.  She is a highly respected thought leader and experienced subject matter expert in information governance, including records management, data privacy, e-discovery, and data classification.  She is a certified Information Governance Professional, Certified Archivist Emeritus, Certified Records Manager, and a Fellow of the Society of American Archivists (SAA).  She has a long and distinguished track record of professional leadership, including serving as treasurer and president of SAA, president of the Academy of Certified Archivists, a faculty member of the Electronic Discovery Institute, a frequent contributor to ARMA International, a leader of the Northern Virginia chapter of ARMA, and a frequent speaker on information governance topics.

Sue Trombley has more than 25 years of information governance consulting experience. Prior to her current role, Trombley led Iron Mountain’s Consulting group responsible for business development, managing a team of subject matter experts, and running large engagements. Trombley holds a Master’s degree in Library and Information Science and recently was certified as an Information Government Professional. She sits on the AIIM Board, the University of Texas at Austin of School of Information Advisory Council, and is President of the Boston ARMA Chapter. She is Iron Mountain’s representative on the newly formed Information Governance Initiative and is a frequent speaker at association events.
