As more and more companies commit to workplace transformation strategies, they’re stepping away from rigid working practises and building modern workspaces that can keep pace with their evolving needs.

Due to the changing nature of the workforce, companies are looking into new ways to ensure their staff have everything they need to thrive in the modern world of business.

A recent IDG workplace transformation survey of global decision-makers found that many leaders named the protection of physical and electronic information as a top priority when planning a downsize, move, closure or managing other office transformation projects.

Given this heightened focus on security, stakeholders (including facility managers, RIM, IT managers and others who deal with sensitive information and assets) should understand the data breach risks in a workplace and how they can proactively minimise them.

In this 45 minute engaging webinar you will gain insights into strategies for working effectively with stakeholders across the organisation as you plan and execute workplace transformation initiatives. We’ll provide valuable information on:

  • Identifying best practices to keep in mind when making changes to your workplace
  • Strategies for avoiding data breaches or loss during office transformation projects
  • Information security considerations necessary to maintain a fully functional hybrid or remote working environment.
This webinar will provide relevant guidance, real case studies, and insight into Iron Mountain’s Clean Start® solution which can help your organisation securely support workplace changes.
